Hunter Watkins

Growing up in west Alabama, being outdoors was part of my life from a very early age. From managing family property, to hunting across Tuscaloosa, Greene and Hale counties, to travelling abroad throughout the state and country, the land was always something that I held a strong passion for. Land is often where life lessons, memories, legacies and stories originate. Some of my best memories are from spending time outdoors on family property, experiencing all that the land provides. I am here to help you find the place where you can begin to make your own memories and leave a legacy rooted in enjoyment and stewardship of the land.

After graduating from Auburn University, the first few years of my career were rooted in commodity trading across the Midwest and Southeast. This gave me a valuable insight into working with those who work closely with the land. Working with farmers allowed me to gain insight into the value of land, and how that value changes over time with the changing economic landscape of our day. I am excited to pair these experiences to help you market your land to its greatest potential.
