Cheeto Marlowe is a land agent based in Chelsea, Alabama, serving clients across the state with a passion for land, wildlife, and rural living. Born and raised in Cahaba Heights, Cheeto developed a strong work ethic through his years as a high school and collegiate football player. Today, that same grit and discipline shape the way he serves clients with honesty, diligence, and a personal commitment to their goals.

As a husband, father of two, and avid outdoorsman, Cheeto understands the value of land not just as an investment, but as a place for legacy, recreation, and family memories. He brings years of experience from his work with Grip Feed Company, where he helped landowners improve their property through deer management and conservation efforts building a trusted network of buyers, sellers, and land investors along the way.

In addition to traditional land sales, Cheeto specializes in helping investors develop mini farm communities smaller, thoughtfully divided tracts ideal for country living, weekend retreats, or hobby farming.
