B.J. Davis is the founder and principal broker of GRIT Land Company, a land-focused real estate brokerage specializing in hunting tracts, recreational property, and investment land across Alabama. With a background in land development, conservation, and a lifelong passion for the outdoors, B.J. brings a unique perspective and deep expertise to every transaction.
Known for his integrity, strategic vision, and client-first approach, B.J. has built GRIT Land Company to serve landowners, investors, and families looking to buy or sell rural property with confidence. Whether he’s walking a tract of timberland or structuring a complex investment deal, his grit, faith, and commitment to excellence are evident in all he does.
A husband, father of five, and avid outdoorsman, B.J. lives in Hoover, Alabama, and spends his time investing in both land and legacy. His mission is simple: to help others build lasting value—on their land, in their lives, and for generations to come.
David Marshall
David Marshall is an experienced business leader and advisor with a growing focus on recreational and investment land opportunities across Alabama. With over 35 years in the healthcare industry as founder and board chairman of LabWorks, he now partners with landowners and investors on strategic land acquisitions, development, and portfolio growth.
An avid outdoorsman, David enjoys hunting, golf, and pickleball. He and his wife, Margaret, live in Mountain Brook, Alabama, and are actively involved in marriage ministry, mentoring, and leadership development.
